Communication is crucial for the success of organisations - not just for multinational corporations, but also for small enterprises and even freelancers. They should communicate internally with employees as well as with a range of external stakeholders. Without effective stakeholder management, organisations are doomed to fail. This webinar will discuss different kinds of stakes and stakeholders, and examine how organisations classify stakeholders based on different attributes in order to determine their communication strategy.
